Turn a Team Day Into Community Impact.
Create purposeful employee-volunteering and CSR experiences around education, health, food support, senior care, women’s livelihoods and community wellbeing—with clear planning and respectful execution.

Designed for companies. Grounded in real community needs.
Asian Network Foundation works with corporate teams to shape practical, cause-aligned engagement activities. Each event can be adapted to the company’s team size, available time, employee interests, location, budget and compliance requirements.
We focus on responsible coordination: selecting a suitable programme, preparing volunteers, managing materials, protecting beneficiary dignity and documenting the activity without turning community members into props.

Clear for the Company. Respectful for the Community. Meaningful for Employees.
The event brief should make responsibilities, timing, materials and community safeguards clear before volunteers arrive.
Employees participate more confidently when they understand the cause, the activity and the respectful way to engage with beneficiaries.
The strongest events respond to an actual need and leave behind useful support—not only photographs and one-day visibility.
Possible formats can include employee volunteering days, learning-kit preparation, school engagement, food or essential-kit packing, community health support, senior-care visits, mentoring workshops, livelihood support and environmental activities. Final feasibility depends on the brief and local need.
Yes. The event can be planned around your team size, location, time available, preferred cause, employee profile, budget, internal policy and desired level of involvement.
More notice provides better options. Share the brief as early as possible, especially for larger teams, off-site events, beneficiary-facing activities, permissions, transport, materials or multi-location coordination.
That is decided by the company. We can help structure a suitable activity window, orientation and role plan once the company confirms its internal approval and employee-participation policy.
Approved event photographs, attendance information and an activity summary may be discussed in advance. Photography must respect consent, safeguarding, privacy and the dignity of community participants.
Funding and in-kind support can be discussed for eligible programmes, materials, logistics or longer-term partnerships subject to programme feasibility, documentation and applicable compliance requirements.
Large-group events may be possible when the activity, venue, material flow, volunteer supervision, safety, beneficiary interaction and logistics can be managed responsibly.
Please share the company name, proposed date, city, approximate participant count, preferred cause, available duration, budget range, on-site or off-site preference and any reporting or compliance requirements.
